Unemployment is a problem which affects not just individual people but the financial and economic condition of a whole country. It is for this reason that countries try their best to have proper economic policies so that at no point in time do they find themselves in a problematic situation.

The unemployment solutions to the unemployment problem are also mentioned and hence unemployment is an aspect to be concentrated by all citizens of the country. Unemployment is a major crisis and may bury the economic condition of the complete nation and hence be following the right procedure is mandatory.

Long-term unemployment vs. Short-term unemployment. Unemployment that lasts longer than 27 weeks even if the individual has sought employment in the last four weeks is called long-term unemployment.

Its effects are far worse than short-term unemployment for obvious reasons, and the following are noted as some of its effects. It's an economic problem with social consequences.

The unemployment rate is a direct indicator of the strength of the economy, a lagging indicator but still a direct indicator of economic strength. So high unemployment should be addressed as an economic issue and as unemployment's economic issues are resolved the social issues will also be solved.

In my opinion, authorities should take urgent measures to solve unemployment problem. First of all, in each administrative center in every state should be organized public works for the citizens, who lost their permanent income. The effects of unemployment are clearly visible in the ever-increasing number of requests for psychiatric care.

While it’s still a difficult path, many people are rushing to shed light on this situation, since it can’t be fixed quickly or adequately if there’s no real awareness of the magnitude of the problem.
