The reason the Jews in Jesus day hated Him so much is because He was rocking their comfort boat. They were trying to make a good life for themselves down here for their peasly years that they have down here. "Beginners", and even seasoned readers of the Scriptures, will find the book helpful/5. Experiencing the Passion of Jesus explains how the Word of God explains that we should respond to Jesus' life, death, and resurrection.
